Unable to see some menu options in the ConnectALL config dropdown

Issue/Introduction

In some situations, the ability to see certain configuration options from the ConnectALL menu dropdown may not be available.

The missing items may include 

• Database Settings
• Email Settings
• LDAP Settings
• Licenses
• SSL Import
• Password Settings
• Universal Adapters

 

Cause

These menu options are only available to CA-ADMIN level users.  ADMIN level users do not have access to see these options.  Only the built-in admin user can have CA-ADMIN level

Resolution

You will need to log out of the current account and log back in as the built-in admin user.
