Issue/Introduction

SUMMARY: If the cost plans are deleted from the investment, the synced roadmap removes the Total Cost, but Operating and Planned Costs remain on the Roadmap.

STR:

1. Create a manual cost plan on Project or Idea.  Use grouping attribute = Cost Type.

2. Enter 2 detail rows
   One for Capital
   One for Operating

3. Create a roadmap for the same year as your plan in step 1

4. Sync Roadmap

5. Add Total Cost, Capital Cost, Operating Cost to the roadmap items grid page

-Note all the values show correctly for totals as well as per-period metrics

6.  Delete the plan you created in step 1. Make sure there are no cost plans now for that investment

7. Sync the Roadmap again selecting all items. (default)

EXPECTED RESULT:  All the costs are removed for that investment on the Roadmap

ACTUAL RESULT:  Total Cost is Removed, but Operating Cost and Capital Cost remain for the totals as well as per period metrics.

WORKAROUND:  Remove the investment from the roadmap and then add it back
