Issue/Introduction
While migrating ITPAM from Onpremise to a cloud environment unable to install Agent on one of the servers.
Environment
ITPAM 4.3.5
Cause
The communication between the agent machine and server machine is not happening as the 81 port for the server node is blocked.
Resolution
The rules need to be modified on the Azure side for network configurations to allow the required port for agent-server communication.
