Issue/Introduction

Is there a way to allow Service Point and Service Catalog to be configured such that a given Catalog ticket or offering can only be accessed from Service Point, and not from Service Catalog?

Resolution

This is not possible.  Permissions settings to allow/disallow Catalog content would affect both Service Point and Service Catalog.  At most, one could disallow Service Point from accessing certain offerings, but not the other way around, where Service Catalog would be disallowed from accessing the offerings.
