unable to create USB key for bitlocker backup drive

Issue/Introduction

When creating a USB BitLocker backup key. The USB block policy is preventing the key from being created.

Environment

DLP 16.x and above

Cause

USB block policy is blocking the BitLockerWiazardElev.exe from writing to the USB

Resolution

in global application, monitoring, create an entry from BitLockerWizardElev.exe and whitelist copy to a local drive, removable storage.
