Issue/Introduction

WVProfile.properties has:
LICENSE.SystemID=
LICENSE.DRASServer=

Manually updated WVProfile.properties to set the desired values.

This has always been an apparent bug in configtool.sh not setting these parameter values.

the configtool.sh script and how it handles the path to the DB license file (and other parameters) - it is a parameter for which there is a suggested value. Simply pressing the enter key does NOT select that value nor write it into your WVProfile.properties file. If the user wants to accept the suggested value, they must copy the string and then paste or type it into the prompt area before pressing the enter key.
