Does the Endevor Web-UI support package approval using External Approver Groups

Issue/Introduction
If the Endevor Package has an approver group that is an "Internal Approver Group," the user is presented with the Package and the options to Approve or Deny.
If the Endevor Package has an approver group that is an "External Approver Group," the package is displayed, but there is no option to Approve or Deny.
Is there something that was missed during the implementation and installation?

Resolution
Unfortunately, the interface is currently limited to the use of Endevor Packages with Approver Groups that are "INTERNAL" to Endevor.
Currently, when an approver group is an external group, members of the group are not listed for security reasons. Information about a user is displayed only after they have taken action on the Package. If you are a member of an external group, you must uncheck the "You are an approver" box to see the list of Packages.
The ability to Approve or Deny a Package with an External Approver group is currently limited in the Web-UI and must be done via the ISPF Endevor Interface.
