Invalid previous sibling id when trying to add a To Do to a Checklist

Issue/Introduction

You are trying to add new "To Dos" to a "Checklist" and are not able to due to an error:
Invalid previous sibling id 5###### or previous sibling type oba_todo.

Environment

Clarity 16.2

Resolution

As a workaround, delete the problem checklist and re-create it.

That will allow you to add new To Dos.
