Issue/Introduction

Updates to text fields in Modern are lost when switching tabs

Steps to Reproduce: 
1- Disable the feature DE68710_AUTO_REFRESH
update cmn_features set enabled = 0  where code = 'DE68710_AUTO_REFRESH'
2- Create or modify a project blueprint to have multiple large text fields like Objective and Description
3- Place Help Text fields next to them
4- Publish the blueprint and apply it to a project
5- Enter or paste a large string of text into one of the text fields.
6- Click on another tab
7- Come back to the properties tab and the update is lost.

Expected Results: Text is saved

Actual Results:  Text update is lost

Workaround: 
Create a new Blueprint without the Help fields
