When opening the Ghost Solution Suite Console you receive an error stating The console was unable to connect to the site you requested

Issue/Introduction

In addition to the error received when opening the Ghost Solution Suite console, checking services, you notice that the Altiris Deployment Server DB Management and or Altiris eXpress Server services are not started.

Environment

Ghost Solution Suite 3.x

Cause

Wrong password used in the 'Logon As' column

Resolution

If the password for the domain user listed in Log On As column is changed, the next time the services try to start, they will fail.  Simply entering in the new credentials should allow the services to start properly, therefore allowing access to the Ghost Solution Suite console once more.
