Issue/Introduction

Occasionally there is a manufacturer error with a patch, or Patch Management calculates Applicability incorrectly. When this happens, and after the issue is corrected, the agent needs to try the Install again.

The Software Update Plug-in Policy has an option for "Reinstallation attempts after task failure:".  By default this is set to three, meaning that an Agent will try to install a bulletin three times before the bulletins is marked as Failed. 

While it's possible to increase this number to cause the agent to try the install again, there are other methods that may be easier to implement that will also cause the agent to retry the Installation.

Here are two ways to cause the agent to install the bulletin again.

1) Rename the Patch Policy.  Add numbers or a few characters to the Name of the Policy.  Any text change will reset the "Reinstallation attempts" counter.

2) Create a new Patch Policy for the same bulletin.  A new Policy will cause the Agent to
