Issue/Introduction

Having trouble finding Test4z on My Downloads.

Environment

Test4z 1.0

Cause

Test4z is a component of Brightside 4.0.

Resolution

The following are steps on how to access downloads from the Support Portal:

1. Go to the 'Downloads' section of our support portal.  
2. Search for Brightside and click it. Note, search is located in the upper right.    
3. Choose 'Brightside MIPS MVS' or 'Brightside MSU MVS'.
4. Choose '4.0', Test4z is under this version.
5. Click on the product name, Test4z, for Test4z framework product.
6. Click on the release, such as 1.0.
7. Find the Test4z component, refer to Install Test4z for more details on components.
8. Choose from downloading methods (FTP, HTTPS or GIMZIP).
