Q. Where are the release notes or other documentation for monitoring profile templates (so we can see what changed between the version we have cdm [6.60?] in production and the version we will be upgrading to [7.20?]) so we can do appropriate testing?
You can always use the following link to search for any probe techdocs, release notes, etc. This is a convenient and helpful page to bookmark in general.
Nimsoft Internet Archive
This site contains ALL probe versions and release notes:
http://support.nimsoft.com/Default.aspx?center=felles/archive&state=ALL
Direct links to the release notes for the probes and probe mcs templates listed that are the most up-to-date as of the current date, can be found here:

Q. Where are the DX UIM v23.4 installation files - so we can add a new robot directly, without upgrading UIM to the new version after joining the robots to UIM using the old rpm that we already have...
Where to download:
All Native robot installer packages, e.g., .rpm’s are also located in the Nimsoft Internet Archive.
Save a bookmark for http://support.nimsoft.com/Default.aspx?center=felles/archive&state=ALL
Likewise, for older package versions including installers, here is the HIDDEN site to bookmark:
http://support.nimsoft.com/Default.aspx?center=felles/archive&state=HIDDEN
The native installers are zipped like normal UIM packages, and the rpm is in the zip.
Follow this KB article to "deploy" those packages to the Primary hub, then you will find the unzipped .rpm packages in this folder on the Primary ->
/nimsoft/install/setup
Location of UIM native robot installers
When you drop the robot_rpm package onto the Primary hub, it does the unzipping for you, and it stores the rpm's in that folder.
