Small policy set using large amounts of memory on Endpoint

Issue/Introduction

DLP Agent is Consuming over 2-3 Gigabytes of memory for a Policy data of size under 50mb

Cause

Large sender patterns can use a considerable amount of memory when converted to regex during policy loading. 

Resolution

Append "<text>," without quotes to the beginning of large reusable sender/recipient patterns.
