Old UI visible after upgrading to 16.0

Issue/Introduction

After DLP has been upgraded to 16.0 which includes a refreshed, more modern user interface, some users are seeing the older interface in their daily work. 

Cause

If a bookmark using a 15.x URL is used, the old UI is used to render the page. 

Resolution

Update any 15.x bookmarks to 16.0 by navigating to the proper page within the UI, such as a saved report.
