Exporting data from Symantec Endpoint Security throws the error on download: Check Internet Connection and fails to complete

Issue/Introduction

After running a report in the SES console, when selecting to Download Grid, the download starts, but errors out after a time with the message: Check Internet Connection and does not complete. Clicking Resume returns the same error.

Cause

Attempting to download more than 10000 (ten-thousand) rows causes this error.

Resolution

This is a known limitation for report/results downloads. Reports/results that have less than 10000 rows can successfully be downloaded.
