Cannot get past Login screen after installation

Issue/Introduction

A new install with minimal configuration into RHEL 9 on AWS

 

Run installer.  Basic configuration.  Start IG app.   Browse IG URL. 

Login screen shows correctly.

 

However, after clicking "Log In", the screen just blinks and returns to the login page. 

Environment

IG 14.5 installation

Cause

The AD1\EAdmin account was missing in the Identity Governance database.

Resolution

Add the missing account AD1\EAdmin into “eurekify.cfg” and “eurekify_Users.udb.
