How to troubleshoot content inspection for OCR including cloud data protected by CloudSOC\DLP?
Policy does not trigger for OCR content.
Resolution
Verify OCR is enabled in cmp.protect.broadcom.com
Verify a simple keyword policy triggers for a text file and that a PNG or JPG of the text file triggers the policy.
For existing policies verify that the policy does not contain multiple matches or other attributes that may not trigger based on a snipit of data in the image.
Broadcom support can run the image through a standalone OCR and provide the output back to rerun through the policy.
