Issue/Introduction

SSH Mindterm applet after vi'ing a file leaves a blank line in the current terminal after saving the file. 

This acts differently than a TCP/UDP Service we have for: PuTTy

Environment

PAM 3.x - 4.1.6

Cause

1. SSH Mindterm to any Linux\Unix server
2. type any vi a
3. Either save it or just exit out
4. When returned to the original shell prompt there is an extra line.
5. Depending on the size of the file, it can be multi blank lines

Expected Results:  No Blank lines

Actual Results: Blank line(s)

Do same exact test in PuTTy (example) and everything works how it is supposed to.

When exiting vi, there is no blank line after exiting 

Resolution

This defect DE578466 will be fixed in the next versions of PAM:
