Business rule not working against Percentage data

Issue/Introduction

A custom number attribute has been created, that shows as a percentage. A Business Rule is created against this attribute, but it is noted that comparisons against it do not work.

Cause

Comparisons being made between 0 and 100.

Resolution

Comparisons should be made between 0 and 1.
