Rally Timeline page does not show all Features

Issue/Introduction

In some cases, the number of Features in the toolbar does not match the number of features that are plotted in the timeline

Cause

This is caused when a Feature does not have a start date set.  Because it does not have a start date it can not be plotted on the timeline.

Resolution

A story exists to improve this behavior, however in the meantime it will be necessary to include a start date on the feature if you wish for it to be displayed.
