Policy Server crash when APS is enabled and not configured

APS enabled and not configured causing crashes in SP7 .
As a workaround , you will need to disable APS since it is not configured and not in use to avoid causing crashes on the policy server.
This issue is being looked at internally by Broadcom Siteminder DEV team to enhance the product in newer releases to avoid these crashes even when APS is enabled and not configured.
