The issue is reported after Upgrading IDP from 14.3 to 14.4.2

Resolution

A Hotifx HF_IP-14.4.2-20240212100702-DE590014.tgz.gpg is available to resolve this issue.

Note: This HF should be applied on top of IDM 14.4.2 HF1
