snmpcollector - monitored devices deleted during upgrade from 4.04 to 4.11

Issue/Introduction

Currently my environment is using snmpcollector probe ver 4.04.

I tried upgrading to version 4.12 and notice that all the monitored devices are deleted.

Is there an upgrade path I need to follow to maintain the device database?

Environment

UIM - All versions

Resolution

Follwed the upgrade path of  4.04->4.06->4.12 and the profiles were not deleted.
