Install platform patch failed with unable to resolve host

Issue/Introduction

The pms_0_0.log shows following error message:

"INFO: Output from patch install: sudo: unable to resolve host <hostname>: Temporary failure in name resolution"

Environment

API Gateway v11.0 CR02

Cause

It's due to DNS issue

Resolution

Fix the DNS issue.
