DX NetOps Portal is integrated with DX NetOps Spectrum.
The Portal Alarm Status Service on the System Status page is in a Fail state.

The Spectrum Data Source (DS) is in a Busy state.
One of the Spectrum Landscapes from the integrated OneClick host is in a down or failed state causing the Busy state for the Data Source.
Once the Data Source is Available again when all Landscapes are in a Green/Up state, the issue will be resolved.
The Fail or Down state for the Alarm Status Service will also appear if the Spectrum Data Source is in synchronization failure.
