Oracle 19c Listener showing connected to port 5500

Issue/Introduction

Oracle Listener appears to be possibly misconfigured and is open and listening on a non standard port 5500.

Resolution

Per Oracle support,

Ran

exec DBMS_XDB_CONFIG.sethttpsport(0);

to reset the https port to 0. This removes it from appearing on netstat anymore. 

This does not affect listener operation, so it continues to operate normally.
