Importing certain Jira workflow files into ConnectAll fails

Issue/Introduction
Some Jira workflow files may fail to import into ConnectAll. The process runs for some time and then produces the following error:
Issue processing the request, please check the configurations
Checking the <ConnectALL_Home>/UI/tomcat/logs/ConnectALL.log shows the following:
ERROR yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss,mmm http-nio-8080-exec-# org.zkoss.zk.ui.impl.UiEngineImpl -java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
Attempts to increase memory on the tomcat service have no positive effect.
