UIM - Infrastructure manager alarm console empty after upgrading UIM to 23.4

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading UIM and infrastructure manager to 23.4, the alarm console in infrastructure manager is not showing any alarms : 

Everything else seems to behave normally, the alarms are inserted to the DB and visible in the Operator Console. 

Environment

UIM 23.4

Infrastructure manager 

Resolution

Change the "Alarm Server" and "Data engine" sources to "default"and click "ok", as presented on the below screenshot:
