How to search for and then download a single PTF on the Broadcom Support Portal, when the Solution ID is known? For example, PTF LU09272

Resolution

Here are the steps for downloading, for example, PTF LU09272:

1. Log on to the Broadcom Support Portal
2. Once you are on the "My Dashboard - Mainframe Software" page, type the prompt "please provide the url for PTF LU09272" in the  AI search box and then press the Search button:
   
3. The AI search returns the URL for the PTF at the very beginning, followed by additional details about the PTF:

Click on the provided URL and then scroll down to the Solution Downloads section, where you can find two icons: the first one (HTTPS Download) can be used to download immediately the solution to your PC; the second one (Secure FTP Download) opens a new window with the instructions to download that solution via SFTP:
