Issue/Introduction

1. Periodic ClamAV database updates on Content Analysis (CAS) failing

2. Content Analysis (CAS)is configured to connect to internet via proxy. Refer here

3. Content Analysis (CAS) is running OS below 3.1.5.0

4. Force update of ClamAV database works

• CAS Management Console > Services tab > AV Patterns.
• Press either Update Now or Force Update Now.

Resolution

This is a known bug and is addressed on OS 3.1.5.0

Bug Details:
Fixes an issue where ClamAV ignored proxy settings when performing periodic updates. The issue did not occur when the force update command was used.
