History Query using Current Day option pulls data from one or more previous days data

Issue/Introduction

When using History Query with the Current Day option, this should pull data for the current day only. However, in some instances, data is pulled from the previous day or older.

Cause

Database server time is a few minutes behind Applications Manager time.

Resolution

Correct the Database time so it is no longer a few minutes behind AM time.
