APM Infrastructure agent reports error "MBStatisticsCleanup.getQueueDepth MQException error occured.Will try again after a interval"

Issue/Introduction

We have installed the Infrastructure agent to monitor ACE 12 and noticed the below error is reported every 10 minutes

In the Agent log:

[WARN] [IntroscopeAgent.iib-ia] Incorrect cipherSpec
[WARN] [IntroscopeAgent.iib-ia] MBStatisticsCleanup.getQueueDepth MQException error occured.Will try again after a interval.

MQ logs:

AMQ9639E: Remote channel  did not specify a CipherSpec.

EXPLANATION:
Remote channel did not specify a CipherSpec when the local
channel expected one to be specified.

Environment

DX APM ACE Infrastructure Agent 23.6.1.5

Cause

The problem is related to documentation defect # DE590111

Resolution

1. Stop the Infrastructure Agent

2. Add following property to the <apmia-home>/extensions/iib-ia-<xxx>/bundle.properties as jre in-use is ibm 

 

introscope.agent.iib.profiles.jre=ibm 

 

3. Set introscope.agent.iib.profiles.jms.connection.ssl.cipherspec   = "TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA256".

4. Start the Infrastructure Agent
