The alert is already closed in uim but still open in DOI

Issue/Introduction

We are facing this issue these days that alerts are closed from UIM and Spectrum but not closed in DOI so they are open in Askme

We have DOI and Askme integration in our environment.

Could please check and let us know what can be done as there are alerts open in Askme?

Resolution

21.3.1 is End Of Service as of 12/31/2023. Here is our release that was sent out last year. Therefore the recommendation is to upgrade to the latest as there have been many fixes in the alerting system since 21.3.1.
