"404 Page Not Found" error while accessing pages with Notify User action

Issue/Introduction

When accessing Web Pages that are behind "coaching" feature - Notify User there is HTTP 404 error returned from notify.bluecoat.com

Environment

• Notify User action is used
• "Coaching" page is not displayed - instead there is HTTP 404 Page Not Found error returned from notify.bluecoat.com
• Virtual notify URL configured - https://notify.bluecoat.com

Cause

Host "notify.bluecoat.com" is not SSL Intercepted.
When using Virtual notify URL https://notify.bluecoat.com then Host "notify.bluecoat.com" has to be SSL Intercepted as EdgeSWG has to inject Custom response page.

Resolution

Configure SSL Interception for Host notify.bluecoat.com
