Message NTKKL050I appears when attempting to telnet to the console port

Issue/Introduction

Why does telnetting to the console port specified with the LPORT parameter of the CONSOLE command result in message
"NTKKL050I The X.25 Server (OpenMax) console can only be accessed from TSO via the NTKBECMD EXEC"?

Resolution

The Unicenter TCPaccess X.25 Server console can only be accessed from TSO via the NTKBECMD EXEC in the SOMXSAMP library.
PTF NZ09558 (Apar QO72624) issued in September 2005 enforces that to prevent ABENDs and for security reasons. This PTF introduced the above message.
