ODF-0231 Updating attribute display mappings

Issue/Introduction

When you update the existing Display Mapping values, you get an ODF-0231 error

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Go to Administration > Studio and take any object, let's say the project object
2. On the attributes tab create a lookup attribute
3. Link it to a static list lookup, let's say the "Above Waterline" one
4. On the Display Mappings select a color, provide a description, and set a value for both values
   Color: Blue Description: This is Blue Value: Above Waterline 
   Color: Green Description: This is Green Value: Below Waterline 
5. Save the changes
6. Change the Order of the Values assigned earlier and save
   Color: Blue Description: This is Blue Value: Below Waterline 
   Color: Green Description: This is Green Value: Above Waterline 

Expected Results: Changes to save
Actual results: Error is thrown: ODF-0231: Serious error on inserting or updating object attribute, contact system administrator

Clarity 16.2.0, 16.2.1

Clarity 16.3.2* 

Cause

This is caused by DE79431 

Resolution

This is fixed in Clarity 16.2.2, but can be observed in some scenarios in Clarity 16.3.2

Workaround: Delete the existing display mappings and reset them again
