Task level calculated attributes and the Tasks workspace

Issue/Introduction

A calculated attribute has been created at the task object.

The field is available for selection on the project Task grid.

However, when looking at the Tasks workspace, the same attribute is not available for selection.

Is this expected?

Cause

The cross-object workspaces do not support calculated fields.

Resolution

Engineering and the Product Management team analyzed this through DE77547 ('Calculated type' attributes are not available in Task Workspace) and it is the current design

The cross-object workspaces such as Tasks and Staffing DO NOT SUPPORT Aggregated Calculated Attributes (ACA), Calculated Attributes nor Formula Attributes.
