OC admin user is unable to get device details at OC console

Issue/Introduction

We had created a user with admin privilege at OC. The user had created groups previously and was able to see the active alarm and other host details for the created groups at OC. Now he is unable to see that as well as host details

Environment

UIM 20.4.8

Resolution

The concerned users account was missing the origin permissions for devices added in different groups .

After giving access to the required origins for this account in Account administration in Operator console the user is able to view all the device details correctly
