Issue/Introduction

We received a QM50-51 INVALID ERROR CODE - 33 message when trying to restart a job from the CA 7 QM.4.X panel. What is the significance of this error?

Release: 11.3, 12.0, 12.1

Resolution

When using the CA 7 QM.4.X panel to restart a job, this message indicates that there is no existing record for the job in the CA-11 CMT.

Perform the following to resolve the QM50-51 INVALID ERROR CODE - 33 message: 

1. Issue the Cancel command: CANCEL,JOB=<job name> to remove the job from CA 7 queue:
2. Demand the job back in and run it as a (P)roduction run.
