Issue/Introduction
When a request is received to update or review a BRR service found in Audit, how long does it take to fulfill that request?
Resolution
Processing time for application review requests varies depending on the number of outstanding requests at any time. When there is a high number of requests will lead to a longer processing time, however the target is to process all requests within about 4-6 weeks.
If there is ever an urgent need for a review a case can be opened with support.
