MUX - Changed Date for Task Name Audit on Custom Investments is incorrect.

Issue/Introduction

We enabled task name audit to track the name changes. When I changed the name of an Application Custom Investment on 1/12/24, the date in the audit tab shows that I made the change on 12/13/23.  The dates in the Audit tab are not correctly reflected.  This is ONLY for Custom Investments.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. In Classic Studio enable audit for Name attribute on the Task object.
2. In Studio create custom investment.
3. Go to MUX->Investments and create new custom investment instance.
4. Click on Staff tab and add at least1 resource.
5. This should create effort task under Tasks tab.
6. Now change the name of custom investment instance created in step 3.
7. Notice effort task name is also changed.
8. Navigate to MUX->Administration->Audit and observe Task Name change, check the date and time which is not matching the date and time task name was changed.

Expected Results: Task Name change should reflect correct changed date and time.

Actual Results: Task Name changed date reflects incorrect date and time.
