Issue/Introduction

The snmpcollector probe is displaying values for Admin and OperStatus as 1 but the OC Inventory does not show OperStatus as 1.

Admin Status shows as Up, but Oper Status shows as Down in the OPerator Console Inventory view.

Environment

  • discovery_server v20.47
  • DX UIM 20.4 CU9
  •  

Resolution

After applying discovery_server v20.4.7T1, the OC Inventory view states and SNMPCollector Admin and Oper status now match.

OC shows Up and Up and SNMPCollector shows 1 and 1.
