Issue/Introduction

You just applied a new patch for Jaspersoft or upgraded Jaspersoft and noticed slowness in Advanced Reporting and / or Jaspersoft console

Resolution

  1. Run the SyncPPMContext command on the Clarity server: 
    admin jaspersoft syncPPMContext -userName superuser -password superuser 
  2. Clear your browser caches
  3. Retry connecting and see if that works
    If you still have the issue, plan the following after work hours: 
  4. Stop the Jaspersoft service
  5. Clear the /temp and /work folder in Jaspersoft Tomcat from all the contents
    • $JasperTomcat\temp
    • $JasperTomcat\work
  6. Start Jaspersoft service again
