Issue/Introduction

First we applied the HF60 patch on the client side, when the user was automatically logging off in 10-15 seconds after logging in to the workstation but now Client is unable to login to Introscope Workstation, he is getting message Authenticating on login screen but not getting authenticated .

Environment

APM10.7 HF60

Resolution

I have attached the modified java security file .Use this security file by correctly renaming it. Then download the new workstation webstart file and clearup the java cache.
