DX UIM 23.4 - Current login hub does not support new security/profile mechanism

Issue/Introduction

Upgrade from DX UIM 20.4 to 23.4.0 was successful but when I tried to login using the Infrastructure Manager, it threw a popup error with text displayed as:

"Infrastructure Manager: Warning - Current login hub does not support new security/profile mechanism"

or: 

"The hub you are logging on to does not support the new security/profile mechanism. 

Please consider to upgrade the hub"

Environment

• DX UIM 20.4 CU7
• Upgrade to UIM 23.4
• IM 20.4.7
• Windows OS

Cause

• Existing IM install from 20.4.x/20.3.x

Resolution

Once DX UIM 20.4 is upgraded to DX UIM 23.4.0, navigate to the Primary hub /uimhome page and download the Infrastructure Manager and then run the installer.

Once the IM is upgraded, the version will display as 23.4.0

Then you will be able to login to IM without any error.
