Issue/Introduction

Can we backup the SAML config from SaaS? We need to change the SSO server and we would like to get a restore from previously configuration in case anything goes wrong.

Resolution

We cannot backup the actual SAML configuration, however, all user group configuration is preserved which means If you reconfigure again using the same below configs, all will be the same:

- Issuers field
- Login_url
- Logout_url
- Cert (probably will change)
- For the Rule, we used Tenant administrator users.

After reconfiguring the "previous" SAML, we confirmed that all SAML groups were preserved, meaning that you will not need to reconfigure it. What you will have to do is fill all integration fields again, the values can be copied in a notepad and pasted over.
