Connecting agents to local EM and ACC to DX SAAS

Issue/Introduction

In the past, we have APM agents that are connecting to local EM and agents ACC to DX SAAS ACC. In a recent DX SAAS update around the month of September 2023, it looks like this is not working any more. With same configuration now, the agents ACC are not connecting to DX SAAS ACC.

Resolution

Fix is released in the DX SAAS PROD environment to resolve this regression issue.
