In PAM 4.1.5, Some Microsoft Entra ID Web Pages Are Blank

Issue/Introduction

PAM was recently upgraded to 4.1.5, now some pages in Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) show a blank page.

Below is a screenshot of broken Azure web portal loaded from a 4.1.5 appliance.

 

And here is the same Azure page which was loaded from a 4.1.3 appliance.

Environment

Privileged Access Manager 4.1.5, 4.1.6

Cause

In PAM 4.1.5, the JxBrowser was upgraded to the 7.35.1 version. PAM uses JxBrowser for its web portals. This version contains a defect where some web pages are unable to load.

Resolution

The JxBrowser vendor resolved their defect with version 7.37.1, which will be included in the 4.1.7 release of PAM.
