Console giving error pop up without any details

Issue/Introduction

Every 10 minutes, The SOI Console would give an error pop up without any details.

Environment

SOI 4.2 CU4

Cause

Problem was cause by the auditrecords table having too many entries. 

Resolution

Deleted all the entries from the auditrecords table

1) Stopped all SOI services on the Manager and UI servers.

2) Ran the following SQL query on the SOI DB

truncate table auditrecords

3) Restarted the SOI services.
